The source distribution for gnuplot version 4.2.1 contained a serious bug
that caused axis labels to be ignored in 3D plots with 'set view map'.
The version 4.2.2 release fixes this bug and another, trivial one.

The binary 4.2.1 executables for Windows do not contain this bug.
